BLOODY ELLE: A GIG MUSICAL

Lauryn Redding has just wrapped up BLOODY ELLE at the West End and we’re still not over it. This was the first show we opened our doors to after COVID and it did so well here that it made its way to Edinburgh Fringe, then to the Lyric Theatre.

The WhatsOnStage Award nominee is directed by Bryony Shanahan, about the coming of age and coming out story of Elle; a young, working-class girl from the north of England.

UNTITLED F*CK M*SS S**GON PLAY

Sold out shows and traditional clothes is all we’re seeing at the YOUNG VIC, as Kimber Lee’s play continues to be loved by many. After Kimber won the inaugural Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting in 2019, it then had its world premiere at the Royal Exchange Theatre this summer.

Catch this ★★★★★ show that jumps through time – wriggling inside of and then exploding lifetimes of repeating Asian stereotypes, wrestling history for the right to control your own narrative in a world that thinks it can tell you who you are. This powerful new satire is directed by Roy Alexander Weise for the Royal Exchange Theatre as part of Manchester International Festival.
