A visit to the theatre is a fantastic experience, so whether that’s making your way around our building, using our facilities, attending our access performances or booking your tickets, we aim to make all these experiences as accessible as possible.

Type of Access Performances

At the Exchange we offer a range of accessible performances, these include Audio Described, British Sign Language interpreted, Sensory Adapted and Stagetext captioned performances. More information.

Visit our what’s on page where you can filter each of our production by access performance to find the dates and times for individual shows or check out our list of dates by month here.

Booking Access Tickets

When booking online, first complete our access form, or you can update your account preferences by logging into your account and heading to the ‘Other preferences’ section. Once you’ve signed up, your account will be ‘tagged’ with the requirements needed to be able to book accessible seats online. If you need assistance booking tickets, please contact our Visitor Experience Team.

Tickets for customers with access requirements are priced at £20 (exceptions apply)

If you require a free ticket for a Personal Assistant on order to attend, please select this box on the access form. Then, when booking, select the drop down ‘Personal Assistant’ and one ticket will reduce to £0 at checkout.
