You can reach us by phone at 0161 833 9833. Our phonelines are open for enquiries Monday to Saturday, from 11am to 5pm.

During busy periods we will prioritise serving customers in person, so there may be a longer wait on the phone.  We would suggest not trying to call us in the 90 minutes before a matinee performance, as it’s unlikely the team will be able to take your call.

If you are visiting us in person, the theatre will be open Monday to Saturday from 11am (until 5pm on no show days) and tickets can be purchased from our Box Office near the St Ann’s Square entrance.
