Join the Royal Exchange Theatre’s Front of House Training Programme and gain hands-on experience in customer service and event support. This unique opportunity will prepare you to welcome audiences and help deliver the vibrant Den Festival. Develop essential skills, be part of a creative team, and make unforgettable moments happen.
During the course you’ll develop confidence, teamworking skills and understanding of customer service roles whilst providing pathways into future opportunities into the creative industries. You’ll learn from industry professionals and gain hands on experience supporting our Front of House teams for The Den Festival. The skills you’ll learn on this course will be transferable to any customer facing role.
You’ll also be provided with other opportunities to get involved with the theatre and the chance to come and support our community festival The Den and see show’s there for free!
The course will take place at Stalybridge Civic Hall and dates/times are:
- Tuesday 6 May 11am – 2pm
- Wednesday 7 May 11am – 2pm
- Thursday 8 May 11am – 2pm
- Friday 9 May 4 -8pm
